While we provide strategic and operational guidance, final approvals (e.g., by banks, regulators, government agencies) are outside our control. SerbiaOps is not liable for decisions made by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerbiaOps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
